Re-covering Flat Roof

The roofing over this block of flats had reached the end of its useful life and was suffering from persistent water ingress despite patch repairs.

We carried out initial investigations, specified the work with an insurance-backed guarantee and administered the project, which included inspections during the contract, building regulations approval and ensuring compliance with health & safety (CDM-regulations).
